SYNVERT BASE OIL

DESCRIPTION

SYNVERT BASE OIL, a fully synthetic hydrocarbon, is a blend of predominantly linear paraffins and internal or isomerized olefins. The product is primarily intended as a fluid for land-based drilling and closed systems used offshore in e.g. the North Sea. Its low viscosity allows the use of mud formulations with a high water cut, (SWR 60/40), and in colder climates for pour point optimization. The product is a true synthetic fluid with a zero aromatic and zero PAH content. In addition to the drilling applications, SYNVERT BASE OIL is an excellent fluid to replace diesel in the formulation of aromatic-free gelled pills.
